BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND KEY STAFF/FACULTY
The Board is a multi-cultural / multi-disciplinary board that meets three times a year. The Board comprises a minimum of five members. The Board reviews the program and curriculum, advises the President on all activities pertaining to the operation of the school, reviews and approves all policies and procedures guiding the operations of the school, and addresses and resolves appropriate institutional level conflicts and issues involving the School functions and operations. The following shall constitute key members of the School:

ACADEMIC COMMITTEE
The principal function of the academic committee will be the administration and implementation of the school’s academic program and general policies. The Academic Committee shall consist of the Program Coordinator, two (2) faculty members and a student. The five (5) members include the Administrator who heads the committee.
